Common questions
What if my website cannot be crawled?
Website crawling reads public pages from your website and adds that information to your chatbot. It works best when your pages are public and contain normal readable text.
Sometimes a website may block automatic reading because of website security tools, login protection, Cloudflare checks, CAPTCHA, or robots.txt rules.
If this happens, you can still train the chatbot by uploading PDFs or pasting FAQ and business text manually. We do not bypass website security; we only read pages that are public and allowed to be read.
Do I need coding?
You do not need coding to upload documents or manage the chatbot. To install it, paste one script into your website. Your web developer can do this quickly if needed.
Can I upload scanned PDFs?
Yes. The system includes OCR processing for scanned PDFs, though clear text PDFs usually give better results.
Can I add it to any website?
Yes, if your website allows adding a script. Set your allowed website URL in the dashboard, then paste the chatbot script into the site.
What if the chatbot does not know the answer?
It should avoid guessing. It can show a fallback response, ask for contact details, or tell the visitor to contact support.
Is payment monthly?
Yes. The Basic plan is ₹1 per month as a recurring subscription.
